Modern web development with ASP.NET Core & Blazor in .NET 11

Daniel Roth

ASP.NET Core and Blazor in .NET 11 deliver improvements across the web stack, driven by developer feedback and the demands of large-scale production services. In this demo-packed tour, we'll see how .NET 11 strengthens the platform fundamentals with advances in performance, security, and observability; increases productivity across Minimal APIs, SignalR, and Blazor; and makes it easier to build distributed and agentic web applications. We'll explore highlights including asynchronous validation, richer API contracts, more capable server-side rendering, scalable Blazor apps, deeper Aspire integration, and new building blocks for agentic user interfaces. Whether you build APIs, interactive web applications, or AI-enabled experiences, you'll leave knowing how .NET 11 helps you build faster, more reliable, and more ambitious web applications.

Blazor Server in .NET 11: Fast, resilient, and scalable

Daniel Roth

Great web apps need to load quickly, remain responsive, preserve user state through interruptions, and scale efficiently as demand grows. Blazor in .NET 11 expands its flexible server rendering model, which combines static server-side rendering with Blazor Server interactivity using the same component model. Static SSR now supports more application scenarios, including client-side validation, temporary data, session state, and output caching, allowing more experiences to run without an interactive circuit. Where rich interactivity is needed, persistent component state and circuit pause and resume make Blazor Server more resilient and scalable by avoiding duplicate work, preserving sessions across disconnections, freeing resources for inactive users, and supporting graceful deployments. See how these capabilities work together to help you build responsive, resilient web experiences that scale efficiently to support more users.

Building the future of agentic UI with Blazor

Daniel Roth

As AI agents move from answering questions to reasoning over context, using tools, and taking action, the needs of modern web UI are changing. Free-form chat remains a powerful and flexible foundation, but agentic applications must also communicate progress and tool activity, connect conversations to structured interfaces, synchronize shared state, request human decisions, and keep users in control. In this session, we'll explore the emerging patterns shaping agentic UI and how .NET and the Microsoft stack support them. Through live demonstrations, see how the experimental Blazor AI components, the open AG-UI protocol, Microsoft Agent Framework, Microsoft Foundry, and Aspire work together to enable streaming interactions, custom tool experiences, human-in-the-loop workflows, and shared application state. Learn how these pieces fit together and what they mean for the next generation of web development with Blazor.
