Beyond Autocomplete: Getting the Most from GitHub Copilot for .NET
Wendy Breiding
GitHub Copilot has evolved far beyond code completion. In this practical session, discover the latest Copilot experiences for .NET developers and learn how to use them effectively across the development lifecycle—from understanding unfamiliar code and planning changes to implementing features, refactoring, and debugging issues. Through real-world .NET examples, we'll explore techniques for providing better context, crafting effective instructions, working with agentic capabilities, and keeping AI-generated changes accurate and maintainable. You'll leave with repeatable workflows that help you spend less time on routine work and more time solving the problems that matter.
